Southwest Diagnostic is an Outpatient Radiology Imaging Center based in South San Antonio with three locations.
We are dedicated to helping people of all ages with a range of Diagnostic Imaging services for early diagnosis and improved health care.
Our centers are staffed with Board Certified radiologists including Sub-Specality trained in Neuroradiology and Musculoskeletal Radiology.
We have caring and experienced bilingual registered technologists and office personnel. Our expertise in reporting clinical images comes from decades of experience and is supported by referrals from the physician community.
What We Offer

- No fee for filing patient’s insurance.
- Accept commercial insurance, Worker’s Comp, Medicare.
- Medicaid, most HMO/PPO plans, PIP, and LOP.
- Payment plans for self-paying patients and cash discounts.
- Image copies available on CD for a small fee, or
- Made available to specialist for review.
- Access to PACS for referring Physicians.
- STAT Reports called and faxed to referring Physicians.
- Transportation upon request for MRI and CAT Scan procedures.
